Home Depot hosts a FREE Kids Workshop on the first Saturday of every month, 9 a.m. to noon local time, where kids build a small wooden project to keep (along with a certificate, a pin, and the workshop apron). It's genuinely free — all materials and tools are provided, no purchase necessary — and aimed at kids roughly ages 4–11. Spots are limited and fill fast, so register ahead of time on the Home Depot website. See the 2026 project schedule inside.
