Free Calendars

Find a calendar you can actually use without buying anything. Start with a year, then choose a free download, an online calendar, or a mailing program you qualify for.

Sources checked September 21, 2026.

The calendars and downloads listed here have no purchase, required donation, trial, or shipping fee. Printing a download yourself can cost paper and ink; use it on screen to avoid printing costs. Physical calendars depend on eligibility and supply.

Free calendars by mail: check eligibility

We have not verified a nationwide 2027 mailed calendar open to everyone. These real programs serve specific readers or communities.

American Action Fund: 2027 Braille calendar

Free by mail • eligibility required

The official request page is accepting requests for 2027 pocket Braille calendars. This is a Braille calendar, not a large-print wall calendar.

Cost: Provided free of charge, with no shipping charge or required donation. A separate donation appeal is optional.

Who can use it: Blind and deafblind people in the United States; the form asks about blindness and requires delivery details.

Open the official Braille calendar request page and check its year.

Complete the recipient and mailing information and the eligibility question.

Submit the request form; the separate donation link is not required. No delivery deadline is promised here.

Town Planner community calendars

Free local mail delivery • coverage varies

Town Planner says its sponsored wall calendars are mailed free each December in participating communities. This is a local distribution program, not a nationwide request offer.

Cost: Free calendar and free mail delivery on participating distribution routes.

Who can use it: Selected U.S. communities and households. We have not verified your address or a 2027 allocation.

Use the Town Planner site to find your town or ZIP code.

Find the local publisher’s contact details and ask whether your address is on its calendar delivery route.

Confirm the edition and availability locally. Signing up for the email newsletter does not request a printed calendar.

Where can I get a calendar completely free?

Use the linked online calendar or save a free PDF to your device for no calendar or shipping charge. A printed copy is only completely free to you if the provider supplies it with free delivery, or you already have access to printing at no cost.

Can anyone get a free 2027 calendar by mail?

We have not verified a nationwide 2027 mail offer open to everyone. The American Action Fund has a 2027 Braille request form for blind and deafblind U.S. recipients. Town Planner confirms free local calendar mailing, but address coverage and the next edition must be checked with the local publisher.

Do I need a credit card, purchase or donation?

None of the listed free options requires a purchase, credit card or donation. Avoid optional paid templates and upgrades. If the offer changes to require payment or shipping charges, it no longer meets this guide’s criteria.

Are printable calendars free to print?

The download is free. Your own paper, ink, or a print shop’s fee may cost money. Libraries may also charge for printing, so ask first. Using the file on screen avoids those printing costs.

Can I get next year’s calendar before January?

Yes. The 2027 download pages linked here already exist, and the American Action Fund’s 2027 Braille request form is available for eligible recipients. Other mailing programs set their own schedules; a previous year’s offer does not confirm a new one.
