Travel Sweepstakes in Buffalo, NY: Updated 2026 List for Local Winners
Buffalo readers can check two open October sweepstakes, entry limits, prize details, and winner paperwork before entering.
Travel sweepstakes in Buffalo, NY for 2026 come down to two chances you can still enter on October 22 plus two New York travel options with narrower timing. A travel sweepstakes is a promotion that offers a chance to win a trip or event experience, with no purchase necessary to enter or win where stated. The still-open options are the Labatt x Buffalo Bills Ticket Giveaway and the Nintendo Holiday Magic Sweepstakes.
Both list New York eligibility and set age, date, and entry limits that Buffalo readers should check before entering.
Verification note: Program terms and availability can change. This page was checked against linked sources on October 22, 2026.
Which options are still open on October 22?
The Labatt x Buffalo Bills Ticket Giveaway runs September 1 to October 31, 2026, for New York residents age 21 or older, with no purchase necessary to enter or win, according to Labatt USA in the Labatt promotion page. That timing means Buffalo adults can still enter on October 22. Entry closes October 31.
Nintendo's My Nintendo Holiday Magic Sweepstakes ran October 15 to November 2, 2026, and Buffalo residents could enter during that window. Entry required signing into a free Nintendo Account and redeeming 10 Platinum Points per entry, according to the company announcement shared via the Games Press announcement. That timing also means Buffalo readers can still enter on October 22.
What do the prizes actually include?
The Labatt prize totals $800 for one winner: two tickets to the Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City game valued at $300 plus $500. The tickets fit a local winner without added travel, while the cash portion can offset travel, parking, food, or other game-day costs.
It is a chance to win, not a guaranteed benefit. The Nintendo prize covers one winner plus up to three guests for a two-night New York trip with travel December 3-7, 2026. It includes JetBlue base-fare certificates, hotel, ground transportation, and a VIP Nintendo New York experience.
Fixed travel dates mean the winner must be available December 3-7 to use the trip as described.
What other New York travel chances apply?
Balsam Hill's sponsor-hosted Celebrate in New York Sweepstake directed entrants to its Gleam form at balsamhill.com/pr/contest and limited eligibility to people 18 or older, according to Balsam Hill in the Gleam entry page. It documents another New York travel opportunity for adult readers. Check the entry page for current dates and entry limits before acting.
Visit Buffalo Niagara's Borderland 2026 Giveaway required entrants to be 18 or older, allowed one entry per email with no purchase necessary, and set entries to close before September 21, 2026, according to Visit Buffalo Niagara in the Fine Print rules. That deadline has passed, so it is not enterable on October 22. Treat it as a closed 2026 example, not a current entry.
Who can enter and how do you stay eligible?
Location, age, account, and date limits sit beside the benefit for each offer. A free account is not the same as free entry where points or other steps apply. Read the sponsor's rules for purchase, redemption, and travel-date terms before submitting.
