Top Tacoma, WA Beauty Giveaways With No Purchase Necessary: Safe Entry Guide
Get Tacoma Sephora and Ulta birthday gifts in store with no purchase and spot entry-fee warning signs.
The verified no-purchase-necessary beauty options in Tacoma are birthday gifts at Sephora at Tacoma Mall and Ulta Beauty at Tacoma Mall. Both require rewards membership and in-store redemption during the birthday month. No purchase necessary means you can redeem or enter without buying, which is different from an item being free with no conditions.
These are chance-free member benefits, not sweepstakes wins. Each has account, timing, location, and supply limits. Washington promotion rules and federal consumer guidance explain how to check entry terms and avoid fee demands.

What can you get at Sephora Tacoma Mall?
Sephora operates at 4502 S Steele St, SPC 840-A, Tacoma, WA 98409-7242. According to the Sephora current store page, the location offers in-store pickup, beauty services, and free product sampling. Sampling availability can vary by store and visit.
The no-purchase-necessary benefit is the yearly birthday gift. According to the Sephora Beauty Insider Terms, members can redeem one birthday gift per year during their birthday month, with no purchase needed in store. Online redemption requires a $25 merchandise purchase.
You need a Beauty Insider account with your birthday in your profile. Redeem in store during your birthday month. Ask staff which gift options remain, since assortments change.
What can you get at Ulta Beauty Tacoma?
Ulta Beauty operates at Tacoma Mall, 4502 South Steele Street, Ste 1660, Tacoma, WA 98409. According to the Ulta Beauty current store page, the store provides salon and store services. Services and salon bookings are separate from the birthday gift.
The no-purchase-necessary benefit is also a yearly birthday gift. According to the Ulta Beauty Rewards Terms, members with a birthday in their profile get one free birthday gift yearly during their birthday month while supplies last, with no purchase needed in store. Online redemption needs a greater-than-$0 non-marketplace purchase.
You need an Ulta Beauty Rewards account before your birthday month. Redeem in the Tacoma store during that month. Go early in the month because gifts are while supplies last.
What does Washington require for promotions?
Washington allows commercial businesses to run only free-entry promotional contests of chance to promote goods or services. According to Washington State Gambling Commission guidance, sponsors must always offer a way for anyone to enter free, with posted rules and required disclosures. That rule protects Tacoma shoppers who enter beauty offers.
Posted rules must state that no purchase is required. They must also list sponsor name and address, eligibility, deadlines, prizes and values, odds, geography, winner selection and notification, and publicity rights. Read that disclosure before you share contact details.
Use the disclosure to separate a member gift from a chance prize. A birthday gift goes to each eligible member who redeems in time. A sweepstakes prize goes only to selected winners by chance.
How do you enter safely?
Real sweepstakes are free and won by chance. According to Federal Trade Commission consumer advice, it is illegal to ask for payment or purchase to enter or increase odds, and fee demands signal a scam. Do not pay taxes, shipping, or processing fees to release a prize.
Check each Tacoma redemption at the counter, not through a link sent to you. Keep these checks together: If a message says you won a beauty prize you did not enter, pause. Contact the retailer through its store page or visit the Tacoma Mall counter directly.
