It requires no purchase and accepts entries through August 31, 2026, according to Travel Oregon's 2026 Summer Sweepstakes rules. "No purchase necessary" means buying something cannot be required to enter or improve the stated odds.
It does not mean the winner receives airfare, tax coverage, or every trip expense.
Who can enter the Portland sweepstakes?
Eligible entrants must be at least 21 and live in the United States or Canada, excluding Puerto Rico and Quebec. Travel Oregon employees, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members cannot enter. The limit is one entry per person and email address.
