Borracha's Weekly Football Ticket Giveaways
Borracha runs recurring football season ticket giveaways every Sunday for the next NFL home matchup during the regular season from October through February, with free entry and no purchase requirement. Each week presents a new drawing with a fresh chance for residents to enter. Entry requires no membership, dining purchase, or prior patronage—only attending and entering the drawing, which satisfies the federal standard for legitimate no-purchase-necessary giveaways.
Verify the Giveaway Is Official Before Entering
Federal law requires every ticket giveaway to provide a "no purchase necessary" entry method and post official rules, eligibility dates, prize details, and alternative entry methods on the sponsor's website. If rules are not posted there, the offer may be fake. For official giveaways, look for these signals: an HTTPS website address, posted rules, and verification badges on social accounts.
Legitimate brand giveaways on social platforms require only a follow, comment, or share to enter with zero payment, and verify the account carries a verification badge and has weeks of authentic posting history—new accounts commonly pose as brands.
Red Flags to Avoid
Never pay any fee, tax, charge, or cost to enter or claim a prize—this is the strongest indicator of fraud. Legitimate giveaways never charge to enter or claim a prize. Other warning signs include unverifiable contact information, implausibly valuable prizes, and pressure to enter immediately.
Cross-reference any local giveaway against City of Henderson's official events to confirm legitimacy.
Nevada Gaming Regulations for Giveaways
Henderson's major casino properties—Green Valley Ranch, Sunset Station, and M Resort—operate under Nevada regulations that require "no purchase necessary" language in all promotions and sweepstakes, with entry never requiring payment and purchases never improving odds. This protects entrants at venue-based giveaways. Specific active offers vary by venue, so check individual Station Casinos locations for current ticket drawings rather than assuming all properties run the same promotions simultaneously.
