What counts as no-purchase here?
Sephora Beauty Insider members get one annual birthday gift set from brands like Tower 28 and Glossier, redeemable free in Sephora and Sephora at Kohl's stores, according to Sephora's 2026 birthday gift announcement. The same gift requires a $25 merchandise purchase when redeemed online at sephora.com or kohls.com. For a strict no-purchase list, choose in-store redemption.
Ulta Beauty Rewards members are eligible each year for a birthday gift while supplies last plus 2X points on qualifying birthday-month purchases, according to Ulta Beauty Rewards Terms & Conditions. Baskin-Robbins Birthday Club members get a coupon for a free 2.5-oz scoop, valid at participating United States shops and excluding waffle cones and toppings, according to Baskin-Robbins email sign-up terms. Those benefits are free at redemption and do not require a separate purchase to claim.
Where can you redeem in Fort Wayne?
Sephora lists a Jefferson Pointe store at 4130 W Jefferson Blvd Ste I3, Fort Wayne, IN 46804, plus Sephora at Kohl's locations in Fort Wayne. Those entries come from the Sephora store directory and give local in-store points for the birthday set. Ask the store team which gift sets remain before your visit.
Ulta lists Fort Wayne stores tied to 705 E Coliseum Blvd and 1750 Apple Glen Blvd, based on Ulta store pages. Baskin-Robbins lists a Fort Wayne shop at 6747 Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804, based on Baskin-Robbins locations. Participation can vary by shop, so check the listed shop page for hours and status.
What limits apply at checkout?
Ulta members redeem by signing into their Rewards account during their birthday month and adding the available birthday gift, which then shows as free at checkout for store or online use. The gift is available while supplies last, and the 2X points apply only to qualifying birthday-month purchases. Baskin-Robbins limits the coupon to the stated scoop size and excludes waffle cones and toppings.
Use this quick check before you go:
- Use Sephora in-store for no-purchase redemption, not online checkout.
- Claim the Ulta gift during your birthday month while supplies last.
- Bring the Baskin-Robbins coupon and expect to pay extra for cones or toppings.
- Read the rewards terms for account, date, and location limits.
How do you sign up safely?
Sellers must disclose all terms for a free item clearly at the outset, so safe entry means reading rewards terms and signing up only through the brand site or app, according to FTC guide on using the word free. Create the account with the name, birth date, and email the program requests. Keep the confirmation message until after redemption.
Join before your birthday month when possible and check that your birth date and email preferences are correct. Do not use outside forms, forwarded links, or messages that ask for payment details for a free birthday item. If terms are unclear, use the brand contact listed on the same sponsor page.
Why is Starbucks not on this list?
Starbucks is excluded from a strict no-purchase list because its Rewards Terms of Use require joining at least seven days before birthdays and making a prior Star-earning transaction to qualify. That prior transaction breaks the no-purchase rule even when the birthday item itself has no charge. The source for that limit is the Starbucks Rewards Terms of Use effective March 10, 2026.
If you already make qualifying Starbucks purchases, you may still meet that separate rule on your own timing. For this Fort Wayne list, stay with the three picks above when you want no purchase at any step.
