Top Chesapeake, VA Pet Product Giveaways With No Purchase Necessary: Safe Entry Guide
Enter Hill's, PetSmart birthday points, and Ollie's bowl drawing without buying in Chesapeake.
Chesapeake pet owners have three verified no-purchase-necessary options: Hill's monthly food drawings, PetSmart Treats birthday points, and Ollie's bowl drawing. Each allows entry without buying, with strict limits on dates, accounts, and redemption. No purchase necessary means a promotion offers a free way to enter.
A chance to win differs from a free item. A free membership benefit differs from both.

What does no purchase necessary mean here?
A no-purchase-necessary offer must give a truly free entry path. Payment, purchase, or paid subscription cannot be the only way in. Chesapeake entrants should use the free method described in the sponsor terms.
Free does not always mean automatic. A loyalty birthday benefit requires membership and profile steps. A sweepstakes entry gives only a chance to win, not a set-aside product.
Which pet offers allow free entry now?
Hill's Pet Nutrition runs a 2026 Pet of the Month sweepstakes with 12 monthly periods from 10 a.m. ET Jan. 5, 2026 through Dec.
31, 2026. Each month awards one year's pet-food grand prize plus 30 runner-up small bags, with Virginia listed in the entry form, according to Hill's sweepstakes page. Entry is a chance to win, not a free bag.
PetSmart Treats Rewards membership provides a pet birthday or Gotcha Day gift of 1,000 limited-time bonus points worth $2 plus one-time 2x points on treats. The points arrive by the first day of the birthday month, according to PetSmart's birthday guide. Members must save the birthday or Gotcha Day in the profile, stay opted in to Treats Rewards emails, and observe one celebration per pet per month.
Ollie Pets Inc. offers ten $1,700 Baccarat Louxor bowls through Nov. 3, 2026.
Subscribers may enter through a Holiday Feast box addition, while others may enter by mailed 3x5 card postmarked by Nov. 3, according to Ollie's sponsor rules PDF. The mailed card is the free path for non-subscribers.
How do you enter without paying?
Use only the free method named by the sponsor. Keep proof of what you sent and when. Check dates, age, location, and account rules beside each benefit.
Do not pay for faster entry, special access, or prize release.
- Hill's: enter during the current monthly period before Dec. 31, 2026.
- PetSmart: join Treats Rewards, add each pet's birthday or Gotcha Day, and keep reward emails on.
- Ollie: mail the 3x5 card early enough for a Nov. 3 postmark if you are not using the subscriber path.
What limits and warning signs matter?
Date and account limits decide whether an entry counts. Hill's closes Dec. 31, 2026.
Ollie's mail entry needs a Nov. 3 postmark. PetSmart's points are limited-time, capped at one celebration per pet per month, and tied to email status.
A demand to pay taxes, fees, or shipping to collect winnings means no real prize exists and should be reported, according to the FTC prize-scam alert. Delete messages that ask for payment, bank details, or gift cards to release pet prizes.
