Target Welcome Kit Not Showing Up: Registry Bonus Troubleshooting

Check eligibility, timing, account acceptance, and support options when a Target registry welcome bonus is missing.
If your Target Baby Registry Welcome Kit is not showing up, the bonus may still be pending, unaccepted, or missing an eligibility requirement. Target now provides the welcome kit only online as a Target Circle Bonus, not as a physical kit that appears automatically. The offer requires a Target Circle account, an eligible baby registry, 10 unique added items, and more than $10 purchased from the registry.
Meeting only some of those conditions will not trigger the bonus.

Check every eligibility requirement
Target says registrants must complete all four steps before the welcome-kit bonus can be issued: The purchase must exceed $10, rather than simply equal $10. Target lists these conditions on its Baby Registry Welcome Kit help page. The registry must also be active and created after August 15, 2023 to qualify for the new welcome kit.
According to Target's registry management guidance, the limit is one kit per year, and a registry that previously claimed one is not eligible again.
- Join Target Circle.
- Create a baby registry.
- Add at least 10 unique items to the registry.
- Have more than $10 purchased from the registry.
Allow time for the bonus to appear
The bonus may not arrive immediately after the qualifying purchase. Target tells eligible registrants to allow 24 to 48 hours after completing the requirements. An absence during that window does not necessarily indicate a technical problem.
Note when the final requirement was completed, then wait the full 48 hours before contacting support. A purchase alone may not be the final step. For example, the waiting period would not effectively begin if the registry still contained fewer than 10 unique items.
Look in the registry dashboard
Check the baby registry dashboard rather than watching only your mailbox or general order history. Target says the issued welcome-kit bonus appears on that dashboard and must be accepted through the registrant's Target Circle account. The offer is automatically added to the Target Circle deal list after registry creation, but automatic addition is not the same as automatic acceptance.
Target's welcome-kit instructions require the registrant to accept the bonus. Make sure you are signed in to the Target Circle account connected to the registry. If another household member made the qualifying purchase, continue checking the registrant's account for the bonus.
Adjust expectations about the "kit"
Older descriptions may create the impression that a ready-to-collect package will appear at a store or arrive without action. Target's current process treats the welcome kit as an online Target Circle Bonus. Target describes the benefit as a $100 value consisting of samples plus a Target Circle Bonus.
Shipping and handling fees apply, so it should not be treated as an entirely cost-free mailed package. The stated value also does not mean the registrant receives $100 in cash. It describes Target's value for the combined samples and bonus.
When to contact Target
Contact Target if all eligibility conditions are satisfied, the registry qualifies by date and status, no prior kit was claimed, and more than 48 hours have passed. Before calling, have the registry account information and the approximate completion time of the final requirement available. Target directs registry users to its registry-and-wish-list experts at 1-800-888-9333.
The listed support hours are daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central, according to Target's registry help page.
