QDOBA Rewards is a free loyalty program that turns dollars spent into free food. Members earn points toward a free entrée, plus signup, birthday, and event extras. The program fits regular visitors who order online or scan in-store.
Occasional visitors can still gain from the signup item and seasonal bonuses, but points and rewards carry time limits.
How do you earn points?
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent. According to QDOBA, you collect points by ordering online, scanning the app barcode at checkout, or providing a phone number in-restaurant through the Rewards overview. Points expire after 12 consecutive months without a qualifying transaction.
Full Moon and Tuesday bonuses also require a logged-in account or scanned QR code at participating locations.

How does the free entrée work?
Members receive a Free Entrée Reward after reaching 125 points in the U.S. and 160 points in Canada. QDOBA Restaurant Corp.
terms state that the reward appears in the Rewards Wallet through the current Rewards terms. That structure means about $125 in spending per free entrée in the U.S. Spending $12 on a bowl earns 12 points.
Larger or more frequent orders reach the threshold faster. Each earned Free Entrée Reward expires 60 days from issuance. Members have about two months to redeem it before it disappears.
What do new members get?
New members receive free Queso & Chips just for joining QDOBA Rewards. The signup promotion is presented as "Get Free Queso and Chips." Join before a planned visit so the signup item is ready to use. Check the Rewards Wallet for issuance and redemption instructions.
Availability can vary by participating location.
What does Gold Status add?
Members who complete 12 visits in a calendar year earn Gold Status. Perks include a free birthday entrée, surprise mystery offers, and $2 chips-and-dip daily, priced at $3 daily in Canada. Visit count matters more than dollars spent for this tier.
Twelve separate visits qualify, even with smaller checks. A member who visits monthly reaches Gold by year-end.
What about birthdays and full moons?
Birthday rewards depend on tier. QDOBA's FAQs explain that standard Foodie members receive free Queso & Chips, while Gold and Chef members receive a free entrée instead through the Rewards FAQs. For 2026 full moons, Rewards members get a free medium 4-oz Signature 3-Cheese Queso or Queso Diablo plus chips with any full-size entrée purchase, starting Feb.
