CityCenterDC ran a flower-arrangement giveaway from February 5 through February 11, 2026. It offered one Sidra Forman arrangement to an eligible adult living within 15 miles, with entry through Instagram and no purchase required. Winner verification and notification were scheduled around February 11, so CityCenterDC's rules document an expired promotion.
The Washington Wizards state that their 2025–26 giveaway schedule has concluded. Their promotions page directs readers to check again in the fall rather than presenting past products as available now. A 2026 DC Comics promotion includes adults who physically reside in Washington, DC.
However, the promotion's rules describe national eligibility across U.S. states and DC, so it is not a DC-local offer. Dates, prizes, values, and odds depend on the specific promotion execution.
What counts as a local giveaway?
