How do you earn points?
Qualifying Papa Johns orders earn 1 point for every $1 spent, excluding tax, tip and delivery fees, according to Papa John's in the Papa Rewards FAQs. Orders first generate 1 pending point per $1 spent before the points become available. To keep earning, place orders through the account tied to membership.
Only the eligible food and drink subtotal counts toward points.
What is Papa Dough worth?
Every 10 points automatically converts to $1 in Papa Dough, which is redeemable only at Papa Johns toward any menu item, according to Papa John's on the Papa Rewards page. That works out to $1 back for every $10 spent. Members can accumulate Papa Dough and redeem it toward pizza or other menu items.
A $32 eligible order earns 32 points, which later becomes $3 in Papa Dough with 2 points left toward the next dollar.
When do points and Papa Dough expire?
Points stay active when the account keeps earning or redeeming. Points expire after 12 months with no earn or redemption activity on the account, according to Papa John's in the rewards FAQ. Papa Dough has a shorter window.
Papa John's states in the Papa Rewards FAQs that Papa Dough earned from points expires 60 days after it is issued, whether the account stays active or not.
How do you redeem rewards?
The current 10-points-to-$1 structure replaced an earlier structure where 75 points earned $10 in Papa Dough. Redemption applies to menu items, so sales tax, tip and delivery fees still need another payment method.
