How to Track Daily Entries Across Multiple Christmas Sweepstakes

Track each sponsor cutoff, time zone, and confirmation in one sheet to keep Christmas entries on schedule.

To track daily entries across multiple Christmas sweepstakes, use one sheet that lists each sponsor, its cutoff time with time zone, and your confirmation. A daily-entry sweepstakes is a free, chance-based drawing that accepts entries each day during its entry period. November brings overlapping drawings with different cutoffs and limits.

A simple tracker prevents missed days, extra entries that do not count, and confusion about which confirmation belongs to which drawing.

Verification note: Program terms and availability can change. This page was checked against linked sources on November 05, 2026.

What should your tracker include?

Keep one row per sponsor per day. Record the sponsor name, the daily cutoff with time zone, the number of entries allowed, the end date, and the confirmation you received. Use a short hyphen-bullet checklist for each row: Check off each row after you see a confirmation screen or email.

A missing confirmation means you should recheck that sponsor page before the cutoff.

  • Sponsor and prize drawing name
  • Cutoff time with time zone, such as ET or PT
  • Entries submitted and confirmation number or screenshot
  • Final entry date for that drawing

When does each entry day end?

Entry days end at different times by sponsor. According to Hallmark Channel, its Very Merry Giveaway runs Oct. 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET through Dec.

25, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET, with new daily prizes plus a grand-prize Christmas-markets trip Hallmark Channel's giveaway page. According to Disney Streaming Services LLC, its Make the Holidays Magic Sweepstakes runs Oct. 29 to Nov.

20, 2026 and allows one entry per person per day regardless of entry method, with each day defined as midnight to 11:59 PM PT Disney Streaming Services rules. That ET and PT difference matters. An entry submitted at 11:30 PM ET is already the next day in PT calculations for some drawings, or still the same day for others.

How many entries are allowed per day?

Limits vary by sponsor, so log the limit beside the benefit. According to Coca-Cola Great Britain, its Christmas 2026 promotion runs Nov. 2 at 09:00 through Dec.

21 at 08:59 and caps participants at two Instant Win entries per person per day plus one win per prize type Coca-Cola Great Britain promotion terms. Other drawings allow only one entry per person per day. Do not assume a second try counts.

Your tracker should show whether the sponsor allows one or two tries before you submit.

How do you keep entries free and counted?

Real U.S. drawings must offer a free way to enter. According to the Federal Trade Commission, real sweepstakes must be free and chance-based, and it is illegal to require payment to enter or to increase odds of winning Federal Trade Commission consumer guidance.

Read each sponsor page for purchase, age, location, and account rules before you enter. A chance to win is not a prize. You pay nothing extra to keep your odds.

Enter before that sponsor's daily cutoff, then save the confirmation. A saved confirmation email or screenshot proves that day is done.
