What counts as a stack?
A stack pairs discounts from different levels. One level comes from the maker of the product. Another level comes from the store, category deal, or checkout code.
A non-stack uses two of the same level when the store allows only one. Read the terms on each coupon before you add it. Look for item eligibility, dates, minimum spend, and order of use.
How does stacking work at Target?

Clip the coupon first when both are listed on the same item. Enter only one code per box and watch for an error message. If the total does not drop, use the discount with the larger saving.
