What makes a giveaway legitimate?

Enter only when the rules state that no purchase is necessary and describe a random drawing.
What should you check before you enter?
Look for easy-to-find disclosures on the mailing, rules, and entry form. Read the rules for eligibility, entry limits, prizes, drawing date, and how winners are notified.
