Store redemption requires no purchase, while Sephora.com requires a $25 merchandise purchase. Ulta Beauty Rewards members with a birthday in their profile and valid email or app access may receive one birthday-gift offer during the birthday month; store redemption requires no purchase, but online and pickup orders require merchandise purchases.
