4, 2026, few holiday beauty promotions remain open. Avon's sweepstakes page lists one entry per person for legal residents age 18 and older in the 50 U.S. states and D.C., ending 11:59 p.m.
ET Nov. 17, 2026, with no purchase necessary Avon's Beauty and Cheer Sweepstakes page. Other October promotions have closed, so use their entry patterns as a guide rather than a current offer.

Check deadline and who can enter
Holiday entry windows can be short. Tarte's rules stated the VIP 2026 Holiday Collection Giveaway ran 12:00:01 a.m. ET Oct.
1 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET Oct. 31, 2026 Tarte's VIP Holiday rules.
According to Ulta Beauty's Advent Calendar rules, that entry period was 9:00 a.m. CT Oct. 9 through 11:59 p.m.
CT Oct. 14, 2026. Read these four limits beside each prize description:
- Age: many U.S. promotions require 18 or older
- Location: Avon allowed the 50 states and D.C., while other brands limited entry to the U.K.
- Deadline: note time zone and whether entry closes at night
- Entry count: many allow one entry per person
Use the no-purchase entry path
A purchase does not improve your chances when the rules say no purchase is necessary. The FTC advises that legitimate sweepstakes are free and decided by chance, and it is illegal to require payment or purchase to enter or increase odds FTC consumer advice on prize scams. Look for the free method in the same rules.
Ulta Beauty's rules offer a free email entry to [email protected] as an alternative to in-store product scanning, limited to one total entry for U.S. and D.C. residents 18 and older Ulta's Scan to Win rules.
Choose one path when only one total entry is allowed.
Follow account or social steps exactly
Some entries require an account first. According to Tarte's promotional disclaimers, only registered Tarte VIP members could enter, either by free email-verified VIP enrollment or by submitting the linked entry form, limited to one entry per person. Social entries are similarly exact.
According to ghd's social terms, its Oct. 18-25, 2026 Instagram Christmas Giveaway required entrants to follow @ghdhair, like the promotion post, and tag two friends, open only to U.K. residents 18 and older with an Instagram account.
Missing one action can invalidate the entry.
Treat prizes as a chance to win
A giveaway offers a chance to win, not a free product for every entrant. According to Beessential's rules, its Happbee Holidays Giveaway ran Oct. 8-14, 2026, awarding five winners a $14.99 five-lip-balm tin, with one entry per person for eligible U.S.
adults. Save the confirmation screen, entry email, deadline, and age and location terms. If you are outside the listed states, under the listed age, or past the listed time, wait for the sponsor's next posted promotion.
