Are you eligible before you enter?
Hy-Vee states that its Thanksgiving Premade Meal Pack Sweepstakes, running 9/22/2026-11/16/2026, is open only to existing PERKS or PERKS+ members who live in IA, MO, SD, KS, IL, NE, or MN or WI and are age 18 or older, in the Hy-Vee Thanksgiving giveaway promotion. When does your entry count?
