Does Target Match Other Stores on Cyber Monday?
Target does not match competitor prices. It ended competitor matching July 28, 2025. Its everyday match is limited to identical items sold at Target.com, Target stores, or qualifying Target Circle deals.
You must request it at purchase or within 14 days. According to Target Help, holiday purchases starting November 1, 2026 can qualify for a match if Target's own price drops on or before December 24, 2026, with proof of purchase required, as explained in Target's holiday price-match terms.
Will Best Buy Match Its Own Cyber Monday Drop?
Best Buy can match its own lower holiday price. Best Buy Corporate says if a product sold by Best Buy drops in price during the holiday season, Best Buy will match its own lower price, subject to exclusions, as described in the Best Buy holiday calendar. That matters if you buy early and the same item falls on Cyber Monday.
Keep your receipt, order number, and product details. Then ask through the channel Best Buy names for that item.
Do Walmart and Amazon Offer Cyber Monday Matches?
Walmart stores match only the identical item's advertised price on Walmart.com for in-store purchases. Restrictions apply and manager approval may be needed. Walmart Corporate states that Walmart.com does not match competitors or prior purchases, as explained in Walmart's price-match guidance.

What Steps Help Without a Competitor Match?
Use own-store windows instead of chasing another retailer's ad. Keep proof of purchase with the item number and purchase date if you plan to seek Target's holiday adjustment.

- Decide before checkout at Amazon, since a later drop will not trigger a refund.
