Every Chick-fil-A One membership tier receives a birthday reward, but higher tiers get broader and potentially more valuable choices. Birthday rewards by membership tier
The current reward choices are: These options come from Chick-fil-A's birthday-reward FAQ for each membership tier. The biggest change occurs between Silver and Red: the reward moves from desserts and specialty drinks to sandwiches or nuggets.
- Member: Chocolate Chunk Cookie or Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
- Silver: Cookie, brownie, small milkshake, small Frosted Lemonade, small Frosted Coffee, small Icedream Cone, or small Icedream Cup.
- Red: Grilled or regular sandwich, or 8- or 12-count nuggets.
- Signature: Choice of entrée.
How the tier levels compare
Chick-fil-A One has four levels: Member, Silver, Red, and Signature. The tier page lists Silver at 1,000 points, Red at 4,000 points, and Signature at 10,000 points. The birthday reward alone may not justify pursuing a higher tier.
Consider the broader membership benefits you expect to use instead of treating the birthday item as the sole reason to earn more points.
What to do before your birthday
Update the Chick-fil-A App and confirm that your birthday is entered correctly. Chick-fil-A says the date must be added at least 24 hours beforehand. If you enter it too late, the company says you will not receive that year's reward.
Instead, the birthday benefit is deferred until the following year, according to Chick-fil-A's missing-reward eligibility guidance.
When the reward arrives and expires
The reward is normally added on your birthday and remains valid for 30 days. For a Sunday birthday, Chick-fil-A issues it on Saturday instead. Check the expiration date displayed in your account rather than waiting until the end of the redemption period.
A delayed visit could leave little room to resolve an account or app issue.

Chick-fil-A does not allow substitutions for the listed birthday reward. Both the reward and its available options may also change without notice. Open the current offer in the app before choosing what to order.
