Cash prize sweepstakes in Pittsburgh in 2026 center on Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawings and member drawings at Live! Casino Pittsburgh and Rivers Casino Pittsburgh. Allegheny County players appear among Lottery Fast Play and second-chance winners, while the casinos list weekly and season-long drawings.
A second-chance drawing gives players another drawing entry from a non-winning ticket. Readers can compare entry method, prize, membership, age, location, and presence rules before entering.
