Buffalo, NY Travel Sweepstakes Near Me: Where to Find Legit Deals
New Yorkers 21+ can enter two Labatt Bills drawings; Canadians can claim Buffalo travel discounts.
Legit deals near Buffalo are on sponsors' own sites: Labatt USA pages for Bills ticket drawings and the I LOVE NY site for Canadian travel discounts. There is no general travel-to-Buffalo sweepstakes running now for local travelers. A sweepstakes is a chance to win a prize with no purchase necessary.
That distinction matters in Buffalo right now because the active drawings are limited by age, residency, and dates.
Verification note: Program terms and availability can change. This page was checked against linked sources on October 22, 2026.
Which Bills ticket drawings are still open?
Labatt USA is running the Buffalo Bills Inaugural Season Sweepstakes from Aug. 1 to Dec. 27, 2026, open to legal New York residents age 21+, with two Bills regular-season home-game tickets per entry-period winner and no purchase necessary, according to the Labatt USA rules page.
Enter only through that Labatt USA domain and read the entry-period dates before you enter. A second drawing, the Buffalo Bills Ticket Giveaway, runs Sept. 1 to Oct.
31, 2026, for New York residents 21+, with a stated $800 prize of two Bills vs. Chiefs tickets plus $500, according to the Labatt USA operating company rules page. Since today is Oct.
22, 2026, both drawings can be listed as current, but each has its own entry window and eligibility check.
What if you want cheaper travel to Buffalo, not tickets?
New York's I LOVE NY program launched the NY LOVES CANADA promotion with lodging and attraction discounts to offset currency exchange and revive Canadian travel to places including Buffalo and Niagara Falls after a reported 26% drop in 2025, according to the Empire State Development press release. This is a discount promotion, not a chance to win. That makes it useful for a different reader.
New York residents age 21+ can consider the Labatt ticket drawings, while Canadian visitors can look at the I LOVE NY discounts instead of a sweepstakes entry.
Did the Buffalo tourism giveaway expire?
Yes. The Visit Buffalo Niagara Borderland 2026 Giveaway required entrants to be 18+, limited entries to one per email with no purchase necessary, and required entries before Sept. 21, 2026.
That date has passed, so do not treat old posts about it as a current offer. Expired offers often stay visible through shares and search results. Check the date, rules page, and entry deadline before you give an email address.
How can you tell a legit deal from a payment trap?
Enter only through the sponsor's own domain and rules page, such as labattusa.com, visitbuffalo.com, or iloveny.com, and never rely on a shared post as proof an offer is active. Never pay to claim a prize. The Federal Trade Commission warns that real sweepstakes companies never demand money for a prize and that people should report payment demands at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, according to the Federal Trade Commission consumer alert.
Save the rules page and entry confirmation for any drawing you enter.
- No payment for taxes, shipping, handling, or processing to release a prize
- No wire transfer, gift card, or cash-app payment to a prize contact
- Entry happens on the sponsor's own page with written rules, dates, and eligibility
- Winnings are described as a chance to win, not a prize already owed to you
