Set account birthdays early, then redeem Fort Wayne perks at Jefferson Pointe and Coliseum.
Fort Wayne readers have packet-verified birthday redemptions in 2026 at Sephora Jefferson Pointe and Crumbl Coliseum. Both are account-based birthday benefits tied to the birth date on file, not chance-to-win prizes. A birthday freebie here means a free item or gift linked to rewards membership.
You join, save your birthday, then redeem during the stated window. Benefits vary by account status, location, and date.
Verification note: Program terms and availability can change. This page was checked against linked sources on October 10, 2026.

What does Sephora offer in your birthday month?
According to Sephora Newsroom, Beauty Insider members can choose a free birthday gift set during their birthday month 2026 Beauty Insider birthday gift offerings. Options cited for 2026 include Tower 28, Glossier, K18, Gisou and innisfree, or 250 points instead. The key limit is timing plus membership.
Redemption happens during the birthday month, not year-round. Online orders face the $25 minimum noted above, while the Jefferson Pointe counter does not. This is a membership benefit, not a drawing.

What does Crumbl offer for your birthday?
According to Crumbl, Rewards gives eligible members a free Single cookie voucher for their birthday Crumbl Rewards details. Higher Silver, Gold and Pink statuses earn extra Crumbs and perks. Eligibility turns on account status and the birthday saved in Rewards.
The voucher is for a Single cookie, not a full box. Check whether your status changes the Crumbs balance or added perks. Redemption is for pickup, curbside, or delivery where available.
Weekly rotating flavors can affect which Single cookie you receive. Ask the Coliseum shop which flavors qualify before ordering.
What should you set up before the birthday?
Join early and enter the birthday carefully, since many programs lock the date after signup. Use one email across app, store, and coupon messages. Update the app and allow messages from the brand.
Small errors cause most misses. A typo in the birth date can block the benefit. A changed email can send the coupon to an old inbox.
Check the coupon email the week of your birthday before you drive to the store.
