Best Pet Product Giveaways in Buffalo, NY: 2026 Local Guide
Enter two Buffalo-open pet sweepstakes online now, then claim adopter treats in West Seneca in person.
Buffalo pet owners have four verified current options in October 2026: two online sweepstakes you can enter from Buffalo, one store rewards program, and one in-person adopter offer in Erie County. A pet product giveaway here means a chance to win pet items or a set extra tied to an adoption or purchase. Enter the online sweepstakes now because both close November 30, 2026.
Plan the Erie County adoption extras as in-person visits, since those treats and discounts are not mailed or entered online.
Verification note: Program terms and availability can change. This page was checked against linked sources on October 22, 2026.
What can you enter online from Buffalo?
According to Valley Vet Supply, its Fall Gratitude Giveaway offers 20 prize packages worth over $6,000 total. Entries run October 1 through November 30, 2026, with winners announced December 3 on Facebook, as shown on Valley Vet Supply's Fall Gratitude Giveaway page. That is a chance to win, not a set gift.
Mark December 3 for the announcement if you enter. According to Nationwide, its PetRxExpress Fall 2026 Sweepstakes also runs October 1 through November 30, 2026. Entry is by QR code or form with name and email, for Walmart gift cards, as described in Nationwide's PetRxExpress Fall 2026 rules.
Use a current email you check. Gift cards help with later pet pharmacy costs if you win.
What is available for adopters in Erie County?
The SPCA Serving Erie County Study Buddies adoption promotion gives the first 100 adopters a treat-filled pencil case and bookmark. It also includes 20 percent off its Petique store. The extra is tied to an adoption, not a drawing.
Once the first 100 adopter kits are gone, the extra ends. According to the local report on the promotion, it is valid only at 300 Harlem Road in West Seneca, as detailed in Buffalo Scoop's Study Buddies adoption report. Do not expect the same pencil case or discount at other sites.
How does store rewards value work?
According to PetSmart, its free Treats Rewards program earns 10 points per $1 on merchandise and services. Members redeem every 1,000 points for $2 in savings and receive pet birthday gifts, as explained on PetSmart's Treats Rewards page. That is earned savings, not free product without a purchase history.
Points build only on qualifying spending linked to the account. Birthday gifts require enrollment and a pet profile. Add your pet's birthday before the month arrives.
How should Buffalo readers time each move?
