Christmas Carousel is scheduled for November 27–29 at the Jim Graham Building at the N.C. State Fairgrounds.

Which events are actually giveaways?
All three confirmed events are holiday markets. They may offer useful shopping opportunities, activities, or seasonal entertainment, but those features do not establish a giveaway. The current distinctions are simple: Treat vendor promotions separately from the host event.
A merchant might later announce samples, drawings, or gifts, but readers need published terms before relying on them.
