What limits should you check before you go?
Ongoing rewards differ from one-time giveaways. Monthly items, birthday treats, and points require an account and apply only at the sponsoring chain for eligible goods. Distribution help requires no purchase and involves no drawing, but it has strict time, place, and supply caps.
In June 2026, Kroger Co. investor news described 100,000 free pints offered through a single-use digital coupon from noon EST June 19, 2026, redeemable June 19-July 3. The offer was limited to while supplies last at participating banners only.
Treat that expired example as a reminder to check dates and banner limits.
