Best Contest Alerts in Plano, TX: 2026 Local Guide
Plano contest checks for Toyota, Lottery, Cinemark and Pride events with entry limits for October 2026.
Plano readers tracking contests in October 2026 have four timely options: Toyota Gameday Giveaways and Texas Lottery Luck Zone second-chance drawings. The other two are Cinemark Holiday Hollywood Trip Sweepstakes and giveaways at Plano fall festivals, plus a Starbucks birthday reward for members. A second-chance drawing lets a non-winning ticket enter another drawing for prizes.
Each option has its own account, age, location, or timing rule to check before entering. Dates matter now because in-person giveaways cluster around festival weekends.

Which sweepstakes can you enter from Plano?
According to the Toyota USA Newsroom, Gameday Giveaways returned for the 2025-26 NFL season. Fans visit Toyota.com/NFL during Sunday Night Football and select NBC/Peacock broadcasts to complete game-day challenges. Prizes include a Toyota vehicle, as described in Toyota's 2025-26 NFL campaign announcement from the Toyota USA Newsroom.
According to Cinemark, the Holiday Hollywood Trip Sweepstakes needs a Cinemark Movie Rewards account. It is open only to legal residents age 18 and older in the 48 contiguous states excluding Florida and New York, plus D.C. That footprint includes Plano, and the entry is a chance to win described on the Cinemark Holiday Hollywood Trip Sweepstakes page from Cinemark.
How does the Texas Lottery second chance work?
According to the Texas Lottery Luck Zone, non-winning Sapphire Blue 7s, Emerald Green 7s, Ruby Red 7s and Diamond White 7s tickets qualify. Those are Games 2301-2304, headed into five second-chance drawings for $100 plus entry toward VIP and $7 Million Challenge prizes. The Texas Lottery Luck Zone lists the ticket rules in the Luck Zone Gems 7s FAQs.
The Texas Lottery page shared for drawings states Plano entrants must register for a free Luck Zone account with a valid Texas address. Entry is through texaslottery.com or the Texas Lottery app, other methods are disqualified, and each ticket works only once. This is a chance to win, not an assured payout.
What about the Starbucks birthday reward?
Starbucks notes in its February 2026 investor release that Rewards members can earn a birthday beverage or food reward. Green is redeemable on the birthday only, Gold for seven days from the birthday, and Reserve for 30 days at participating cafes. A qualifying star-earning transaction comes first.
This is a member reward, not a sweepstakes entry. Check cafe participation and timing before counting on it for a Plano visit.
