Rose Haven will hold its distribution on Wednesday, Aug. 19. The organization aims to provide supplies for 250 children, but participation is limited to registered Rose Haven guests.

Friends of the Children–Portland is raising $15,000 to help 390 youth shop with their mentors. Its 2026 school-supply drive supports young people already served by the organization, so families should not treat it as an open community giveaway.
